Elizabeth St Parking Deck
This parking deck is less than a block away from 20 South Mason and is the main source of parking for our building. It has a total of 174 upper level spaces which can be rented from the city. The lower level has 7 handicapped parking spaces; (2) 30-minute spaces; (19) 3-hour spaces; (122) 10-hour spaces. Plenty of free parking for any of your needs.
Water St Parking Deck
This parking deck is within walking distance of our building and is another great option for your business. The upper level has 196 spaces. The lower level has 8 handicapped spaces; (1) 3-hr motorcycle space; (74) 10-hour spaces; (112) 3-hour spaces; (9) 1-hour spaces; (2) 30-minute spaces. The best part is that it is all free!
Other Types of Free and Paid Parking
There are a total of 1688 public parking spaces downtown which are all within walking distance of the building. The public parking is free, but dedicated parking permits are available from the city for very reasonable prices. There are also quite a few private paid parking lots.
